The 58th ANNUAL SIEO / AMPP INTERMOUNTAIN WINTER SYMPOSIUM
JANUARY 8th – 10th, 2025

The SIEO committee was organized over 59 years ago by Corrosion Technicians from several pipeline companies to discuss interference issues and mitigation with each other as well as sharing cathodic protection ideas in the expanding industry. The Winter Symposium was established by the SIEO as a forum for information and training for those involved, engaged, or interested in corrosion control in the Intermountain Region. This event will be held at Boise Centre on the Grove this January. The atmosphere is very relaxed and casual dress is preferred. Attendance every year consists of approximately 125 corrosion technicians, engineers, pipeline personnel, state and federal inspectors, vendors, retirees, and friends. The Symposium will host approximately 10-12 in depth professional presentations concerning corrosion within our utility network. Certificates will be issued for attendance for Continuing Education Units upon request.
The Symposium is offering two special training courses for you this year. Lunch will be provided.
